ATEX certified rotary valves Simple, Stable, Elegant & Plug “N” Play Rotary Airlocks & Feeders for use in Explosive Atmosphere RLX Series ATEX certified rotary valves are the embodiment of Anval’s Simple design solutions, offering low maintenance airlocks for use in potentially explosive environments.

RLX Series valves are cost-effective and robust in design. The rotary valves are available in opening sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm with Universal Flanges to suit both Square and Circular mating flanges.

The “labyrinth seals” ensures perfect sealing of rotating shaft thus ensures zero leakage through shaft ends. These labyrinth seals even effective with highly abrasive products and also when there is high pressure across the system. This “single piece” cast design has all of the advantages of Cast Iron over traditional mild steel including superior corrosion resistance, better wear properties and thermal stability. RLX Series can handle a maximum capacity of about 33.6m³/hr.
