Economical Slide Gate Valves Simple & Robust Isolation for Solid Applications Economical Slide Gate Valves are designed to shut off product flow from outlets of storage bins, silos, conveyors, and other discharge points handling dry bulk materials. Anval’s slide gate valves are simple, compact in design, robust in structure and are easy to install & operate. SL-Series Economical Slide Gate Valves are capable of handling the bulk material flow of a continuous or intermittent manner, depending on the nature of the process. Slide Gate Valves can be directly bolted into the flow-line in any position, provided that the flow of materials has been correctly aligned using the adjustable inner chutes.

Slide Gate Valves are designed to efficiently isolate solids by gliding the valve blade into its seat using cam rollers. The SL Series Valves have a pressure-tight support frame that ensures minimal leakage and no clogging whilst the material flow remains free.

SL-Series valves are fabricated in Mild Steel as standard and available in opening sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300. These valves can be Handwheel operated or coupled with Pneumatic or Hydraulic rams. Larger sizes and also in different steel grades can be built based on application requirements. These valves are CE marked and in compliance with the provisions of all applicable Health & Safety Requirements across the globe.
