The Rotary Valve: RS series is very Hygienic and Corrosion Resistant for Food, Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Applications RS Series Rotary Valves are complete Cast Stainless Steel construction, by Lost-wax process, with internal surfaces machined to high precision, ideally suited for Chemical, Plastic, Animal Feed, Metallurgy, Flour-mills and other Food & Pharmaceutical industries.

Our Rotary Valves RS Series come with mirror finish internals ideal for Sticky, Cloggy, Hygroscopic applications and also available in compliant with the requirement of ATEX Directive.

These Rotary Valves are CE marked and designed in compliance with the provisions of all applicable Health & Safety Requirements across the globe. The RS Series Rotary Valves , rotors are perfectly designed and manufactured to have a close radial and axial clearance of 0.20 mm (max.) The “labyrinth seals” ensures perfect sealing of rotating shaft thus ensures zero leakage through shaft ends. These labyrinth seals even effective with highly abrasive products and also when there is high pressure across the system. The Rotary Valves are available in opening sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm with Universal Flanges to suit both Square and Circular mating flanges. This series is available with Direct Drive, Chain Drive, Inline Drive options. Alternatively, these Rotary Valves can also be supplied as ‘Bare Shaft’. RS Series valves are not only robust, rigid and durable but can also be customized to the specific requirements of a given application.
